What this site does

Two things collect information here. There is a contact form, and there is the survey we host as part of the PDP Assessment, which reaches people as a link from their own employer.

There is nothing else. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics, and we do not sell or share what you send us.

The contact form

It collects what you type into it: your name, email address, optionally your company, the nature of your inquiry, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to continue the conversation you started.

Messages are delivered to our mailbox through a transactional email provider and kept for as long as they are useful to the relationship. Ask us to delete your inquiry and our correspondence, and we will.

The assessment survey

When a company engages us for the PDP Assessment, we host a short survey for their people. It asks which AI tools they have used and how well, what information they need to do their job, where they think AI could help them, and how they feel about it. It takes about five minutes.

It asks for a name, and it says so on the page before anyone answers. The point of the assessment is to find the people in a company who are already doing this work, and that cannot be done from anonymous percentages. Department, role, and time at the company are asked for the same reason. Work email is optional, and it is used only so that nobody is asked twice.

Who sees survey responses

We read them, and they are shared with the leadership of the company that commissioned the assessment. That is what the survey is for, and the survey page says so plainly before the first question.

They go nowhere else. They are not sold, not shared with any other client, and never used to train any AI model.

Whose information it is

For the survey, the company that commissioned the assessment is responsible for its own employees’ information. We hold and process it on their behalf, under our engagement agreement with them, and we do not use it for anything outside that engagement.

If you answered one of these surveys and want to know why you were asked, your employer is the right first stop. You are welcome to come to us as well.

How long we keep survey responses

Twelve months after someone answers, their response stops being theirs. The name, the email address, the job title, and everything they wrote in their own words are removed, permanently, and we cannot get them back.

What is left is a set of multiple-choice answers with a department and a length of service attached, which identifies nobody. We keep that so a later re-assessment can be measured against the first. A client can ask us to do this sooner, or to delete their responses outright, and we will.

Removing your response

If you answered one of these surveys and would rather your response were not part of it, email us with the name of your company and we will delete it. You do not have to give a reason.

Where information is held

The site runs on Vercel, the survey database is hosted by Neon, and email is delivered through Resend. All three hold data in the United States, and all three process it on our behalf rather than for their own purposes.

Survey data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and reaching it requires an account that only we hold. There is no sign-up.

Client information

Information belonging to clients and prospective clients, including anything shared during diligence or an engagement, is handled under the terms of the relevant NDA and engagement agreement rather than this policy.

Client data is never used to train models. See our security and IP commitments for detail.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on it.
